A maximum of 2 adults will be accommodated in this apartment. The sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 2 children 6-16 years. Children under 6 are not allowed in this unit due to the balconies, which may pose safety risks.

We reserve the right to decline booking requests from guests with ratings below 5*. This is to ensure excellent accommodation experiences for future guests and comply with building regulations.

RULES
Smoking is not allowed anywhere at this property. Guests contravening this rule will be fined R5,000 and be liable for any additional cleaning and repair costs incurred.

Some residents in the complex keep pets, however they will not have access to your space and you are very unlikely to encounter them during your stay.
