A spacious 1 bedroom apartment, ensuite bathroom with its own private entrance and off street parking for 1 car. Guests will use stairs to go from the parking down to the apartment. It's newly architecturally designed, modern and spacious (ideal for 2 adults & infant/toddler/teenager) looking onto an breath taking see view of Camps bay. It is perfectly situated in the trendy Camps bay neighborhood and its quick 20 min walk down to the Beach and very popular restaurants.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is semi-detached and has its own private entrance with off street parking.
The living area has a L shape couch suitable for a child to sleep on with linen included in the apartment. Camp cot is available on request for baby.
This is a beautiful decorated apartment, great for travelers :)
