Ideal stay for business trip

Wonderful place to stay and very secure. Front staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with and accommodated us with an early check-in as the room was vacant which really helped us tremendously. It was perfect for our needs (business), however it may be a bit noisy from the traffic if you're on holiday and would like to sleep in late.

It is lovely accommodation and restaurants are walking distance. The stains on the headboard, carpets and oil marks on the walls was a little off putting. Also no fans in the rooms. One aircon in the lounge and that is it. We couldn't open the windows as people were slamming doors and kids talking and you could hear all the cars/trucks on the roads. Windows are double glazed so you can't hear anything. Staff are super friendly, thumbs up on that!!

Wonderful stay

Nice hotel in a very secure area. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We really had a nice stay. We booked 3 different apartments of 2 bedrooms. Apartment need to improve on its wiffi connection. Once you leave your room, the wiffi connection will go off. You dont even have access to it at the reception or common areas which is very very dangerous. Should there be any emergency, you will not be able to reach out to your family when in actual fact you are in the same premises where you can remedy situations. Aside from that, the apartment is a good one but the rooms are small. i will always recommend it to clients. But its not easy when you are not mobile becauss you will spend most of your money on bolt ride or ubar because is outside the city center.

Not like the First Stay.

The overall stay was nice, the view amazing. However the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard. We received completely wet towels, there was no milk or sugar given only tea and coffee.

Excellent and cost-saving apartment

This is an excellent and cost-saving apartment. It is ideal for family vacation because of all the nice facilities available in the room. It is also very suitable for a business trip as I made. The persons who are managing the apartment are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is safely-guarded without any safety concern. I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody who would like to stay and visit the beautiful Century City.

the first impression is the impression

the apartment have a modern and new finish. It has a nice view of table mountain. I had terrible check-in process. first they allocate me to a different bed set and they told me this the available. in front of there office reception, I found an available apartment with same beds sets in hotels.com. then they moved me to that apartment. there are some basics were not ready in the apartment such as billow cases and we had to ask for it.
