100 STEPS TO BEACH — RENOVATED 2BR/2BA PET FRIENDLY CONDO AT CAPE SAN BLAS!

"The condo was well stocked with everything you would normally need on a beach vacation. Although we brought our own supplies we noticed a well stocked kitchen, both bathrooms, laundry room, and plenty of beach supplies(chairs, buggy,umbrella, toys, even sunscreen). I can't imagine you needing anything other than your personal supplies and food as well as pet food. There were even feeding bowls, towels and balls for your pet. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was easy to get in touch with to handle a couple of minor things that came up, and dealt with them right away.The only thing that was a disadvantage was this condo was on the first floor and the condo above had kids that didn't walk anywhere they ran. And as kids do, they were up before the sun came up. But they wore out early so it was a peacefully sleep in a comfortable bed.The master bedroom was large enough that our travel pet crate could be set up and there was plenty of room to walk aroundIf this owner was to have other condos in other areas I would definitely use her again."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice, great layout. Nice appliances with separate ice maker which was wonderful. View was amazing. The pool was great with shallow ledge that was wonderful for our 2 y/o granddaughter. Things that were not so positive there was a screened porch which was missing a segment of the screen. The housekeeping crew needs to do a better job. The griddle on the stove was nasty and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The rim of the trashcan had also not been cleaned. I would recommend new cookware for the home. High end appliance but the cookware was not good and would recommend additional spatulas. "

"Well supplied and clean condo. She even had a stocked spice cabinet that saved me when I didn't get to the fresh seafood market in time to get my shrimp steamed. I just went back to the condo and cooked it with supplied Old Bay.Could have used more bath towels and wash cloths."
