"Beautiful location. Hotel had its beauties but could have a few more updates such as better blinds for the windows. First day penguin noises woke us up at 6am. Staff could have been more helpful at times. One young male staff member walked right by my wife trying to carry her luggage up the stairs. I wasnt present at the time. There was no ramp. Other staff member need to give a more proffessional answer then a simple “no” when youre asking question. A couple other staff members were kind. Affordable place to stay if youre american for about $172 a night. Breakfast was good. The pancakes there are crepes."

"Had a wonderful stay at Small Town Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was great. Everything about the experience was enjoyable, and the hospitality really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"This hotel is absolutely stunning and easily one of the most beautiful places we had the chance to stay at during our trip to South Africa. The property and grounds are gorgeous, but what made our stay even more special was the staff, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, attentive, and kind. We were celebrating our honeymoon and were so thoughtfully treated to a room upgrade, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates, and so many other lovely little touches throughout our stay. It truly made us feel special and was such a wonderful way to end our honeymoon. Breakfast was included and was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and beautiful setting. We genuinely loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel"
