Open the sliding glass door and step out onto our brand-new and MASSIVE Trek deck, equipped with a large sectional couch and umbrella covered table perfect for drinking a morning cup of coffee with a book, or entertaining family and friends.

When the summer heat gets too hot, step into the CENTRAL AIR and head downstairs into the Den and enjoy the 55” Smart TV while sitting in the luxurious leather MASSAGE RECLINER!

The house has three bedrooms with plenty of beds and an additional futon in the Den to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Lower Township Community Pool: Directly behind the house is a community pool accessible for $5/guest, directly behind the home. This is the perfect place for families to relax without having to drag all of their chairs, towels, umbrellas, to the beach. They play music during the day and have a baby pool as well!

Minutes from the Bay Beach: A serious hidden gem of North Cape May. From the home, you are less than a half-mile from the full sand beach on the bay, near the Cape May Ferry. This is not your average mucky “Bay”, this is essentially a private beach, with ample parking and no beach tags needed. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet day on the beach, this is your spot.

Cape May Beaches: About a 10 minute ride by car. Enjoy the waterfront shopping, restaurants, and night life of the Cape May Beachfront. Metered parking is available, however, can be tough to find a spot on the weekends in the summer, so plan accordingly.

We provide blankets and pillows. We do not provide sheets, towels, pillowcases, or beach towels. Please bring your own. We provide shampoo or conditioner, or soap. Basic cleaning products under the sink in kitchen.

Cleaning fee is $150.00 expense paid by the tenants. Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 10:30 AM unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to checking in. We must make sure the home is clean for the next guests, thank you for understanding.

**In the event of damages, ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED, no matter how small/large. We ask you respect our home and leave it as you have found it. Sanitizing of bathrooms and common areas will be performed by the cleaning company. Tenants must wash all dishes, put away plates and dish-ware, empty trash and refrigerator upon checkout. Failure to maintain these rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
