"The Pearl Inn is amazing. the house and rooms were incredibly clean, the game room was so much fun and the breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had. i cant wait to visit the area again just so i can stay in this bed and breakfast. the owners were the kindest of people. i recommend this location to everyone!"

"The managers were great. Very friendly and answered any questions that we may of had. Told us about the area we were looking to visit. Rooms were large and functioned well. Mostly it was just a place for us to "fallout" in away from the tourist places.. It was not the Ritz or anything close, just a place to rest. Could use a little work here and there, but we weren't there for the glamour. Price was fair and close to the beaches and State Parks (lighthouses). Need to think about where you want...

"My family travels to Long Beach about once or twice yearly and we’ve stayed at many places in the area. Coastal Inn and Suites is our favorite and we plan on booking the same room again during our next visit. It felt more like a small apartment than hotel room thanks to the size and the full kitchen. It was quiet, safe, comfortable, and centrally located making it easy to walk everywhere in town and save on gas. It was also very affordable and simply can’t be beat. We will be back! "

"We enjoyed our stay. Turns out that tris September day was the warmest of the year so far - 75F or so. We particularly enjoyed visiting Cape Disappointment State Park. If it had been warmer, we would have wanted air conditioning. But our ‘First Mates Quarters’ room was nice in that it had a separate seating area and TV. "

"This was a good clean cozy room with a great room with an excellent view of the sea. The weather decided to be extremely rainy and windy and honestly I loved that we stayed here for this visit. Our family had a great time and comfortable stay. We will visit again someday."

"Great place to spend a getaway weekend in late winter. We went clam digging and explored the local area and beaches. Wind in the evening in the pool and hot tub. This was just what we needed. "
