This Condo is located on the ground floor of Royal Mansions in Cape Canaveral. Less then one mile to Port Canaveral and less then 2 to Cocoa Beach Pier.
Enjoy the day on the private beach in sunny Florida by just stepping out you door every morning.

This amazing updated one Bedroom condo sleeps 6 with a murphy in the living room and a pull out sofa in the bonus room. The bathroom has been updated with a beautiful walk-in shower and a sink was added in the bathroom to allow someone to be getting ready in the bathroom while someone can get ready for the beautiful sunny day in the vanity room which also contains a sink and a large vanity counter.
Full size kitchen with a sit up bar for 2 and a dinning room for 4.

This condo is in a great location and it was convenient to do everything we wanted. The condo is equipped with with what you need and the the bedfelt like the one we have at home. We enjoyed walking the beach and got to see a rocket launch. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed this condo so much. It's in a safe and convenient location. It is cozy but has plenty of room to sleep 4 or 5 people.

Great for us!

Perfect for my family of three. Our 17 year old son was able to rent a rod minutes away and just walk out to the beach to fish. Love how quiet a safe we felt.

Go For Vacation!

My wife and I had a great time at this property. The size was perfect for the two of us for the week that we were here.The location worked out great as a home base for visiting the theme parks in Orlando, visiting the Space Center, as well as catching multiple night launches in the time we were here The pool and beach access were great and let us enjoy a mix of activities and just plain relaxing.Wendy was a joy to work with throughout the process. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Amazing!

Everything was just as advertised! My wife is super picky and she lives the coziness of the condo with its proximity to the beach. The host was easy to work with and responded promptly. We stayed here as a go between before leaving in a cruise and the port access was amazing as well! Great condo, great neighborhood, loved the place and we plan on staying there again!

Highly recommend this place. Clean, easy in and out. We had the best time staying here. Ocean, pool, room in the condo to cook, sleep and enjoy ourselves. I would do it again.

Beach front

This is a great property on the beach. Ground floor was perfect for us (60) with no stairs. The communication with Wendy was excellent. The property was clean with extras such as a cooler for the beach and plenty of hooks in bathroom/bedroom and a laundry basket. The queen bed was very comfortable and so was the Murphy bed in the living room (my husband snores so was a great addition to the stay). We were a little challenged getting the TV remote working but we finally figured it out. The full kitchen allowed us to just walk in off the beach and eat breakfast/lunch. Great stay and will definitely book this again when we are in the area.

The best condo on the beach

Me and my family had a great time. I stayed on a really comfortable bed. The beach was so close and we stayed out at night and watched the fireworks on the beach. The beach is very private and only a couple of people are there. We saw a sea turtle lay eggs and watched her leave.The beach was quiet and beatuful and really close to the condo. Had a great time it was a pleasent stay.

Wonderful Christmas Break

My sister, teenage daughter and myself drove down from Massachusetts for an over needed vacation. We arrived to the listing exactly as it was described. The condo is steps from the beautiful beach. Pool was warm even on a 60 degree day. We saw two space shuttle launches. We had an amazing time!

Quiet & spacious

We found the condo as described. It was clean and had many items included to make our stay comfortable. Access directions were easy to follow. We had no problems getting into the complex, the condo, or getting around the grounds.The area was very quiet. It is completely a residential area, both inland and on the beach. The Cocoa Beach pier, with nearby restaurants and shopping, is about an hour’s walk down the beach.I should note that some of the keypads to access the walkways to and from the beach are getting worn, making it difficult to read the buttons. Otherwise, the complex and grounds we clean and in good working order.

Perfect location

We had things planned in Coco and Canaveral which had us perfectly located for both. The condo was very cute and clean and i loved all beach vibe decor, it had everything we could have wanted. My only disappointment which has nothing to do with the condo itself, was that the hot tub was out of service and the pool looked unkept with several dead lizards, frogs, lots of sand on the bottom so the filter was likely broken. My husband is not a beach person so my only honest negative thing to share..however if you are a beach goer Wendi has thoughtfully provided everything you could need from coolers, tumblers, towels and beach chairs. I would happily stay there again.
