I traveled with kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen compared to other resorts. Every single staff member I interacted with was patient, friendly, and professional. We had some issues with our booking when we arrived, but it was not the hotels fault and they quickly offered a solution for us. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel to stay in. It's close to a wonderful beach and is adjacent to a large sea water lake.
The staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly and always had a lovely smile for us.
The food is excellent and you really couldn't want for more freshly cooked meals.
The only negative is the location. There are lots of cheap supermarkets in the area.
We would go back and stay at the Bamboo though as it's a great hotel if you're looking for somewhere to chill out.
