It consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 100 m². Sheets and towels are included, so we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A separate toilet, accessible from the bathroom

- A beautiful 100 m² garden, private and partially enclosed, with furniture to enjoy sunny days

For your comfort, the owners provide the following equipment: fan, electric space heater, etc.

The cottage is ideally located in Capbreton, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Bayonne, about 9 miles away
- Nearest airport: Biarritz, about 12 miles away
