"Communication was great, parking was easy, we stayed for a couple nights for our anniversary, the cottage and it's amenities were incredibly convenient. Being in Spearfish also makes it very easy to go to local restaurants/shops or visit the nearby towns."

"There isn’t anything negative about this property. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it has a well equipped kitchen, it’s a great location and a kid’s paradise (old and young alike) when it comes to video game options. We will be staying there again!"

"The front desk worker was a delight. However, the pool area was cold, the pool water was freezing, the hot tub was lukewarm, and not clean. Furthermore, the jets in the hot tub were inoperable. When we inquired about adjusting the temperature, the front desk staff member informed us that he lacked the authority to modify the heat settings for the pool area, the pool, or the hot tub. He did attempt to assist by increasing the temperature in the front area. I requested a late checkout and encountered a random individual claiming to be hotel staff, who was walking down the hallway checking doors in an attempt to gain access to rooms."
