We enjoyed our stay except for the size of the pull out couch. It’s the size of a single bed. They need to specify that during booking. And it would be nice if breakfast was open until 10:00 on the weekends. Very friendly staff and very clean.

After checking in I had to go back to the desk twice to sign things/show my ID, and then received a call the next morning before checkout to verify that I paid my pet fee. I think they were switching computer systems and it was annoying, but the staff were very nice about it. My family loved the breakfast!

Had to wait almost 40 minutes to get checked in on Friday afternoon. Front desk was completely unattended. I even called from My cellphone and the call went unanswered. The hot tub jets are broken so you are just sitting in hot water. Housekeeping staff was Top Notch- very friendly and attentive as the property was clean

Customer service Recovery

The owner / staff were so helpful when the dryer in the laundry facility stopped working. Staff dried our clothes for the inconvenience. Breakfast was decent. Near to local shopping for snacks etc. Facility was clean and it was quiet. Safe.

I would have chosen a better overall rating but the girl who was working at the check in desk was not friendly at all. I had to wait on two occasions at the front entrance. I called and eventually went partially into the back to find her. Another individual ahead of me had the same experience. The gentlemen in the morning were both very nice. The room was dated but clean. The entrance and dining area has had a recent upgrade. Beware of Pet deposit increase to $86.

Very friendly gentleman at the front desk, helpful, quickly found extra comforter when needed. Kids enjoyed the pool. Could not get extra towels the next day after the pool, however, was told they are all out of towels. Breakfast was poor. Overall, pretty good value though.

Not as good as expected

Staff was friendly and seemed to care but the cleanliness/comfort wasn't great. There were a couple stains in the room (chair and bed) and the blinds didn't work. The breakfast was not good. We ended up eating at better options in town for breakfast even though it was free at the hotel. Only 1 elevator so you often had to wait a while.

The front desk attendant was incredibly rude and never up there. We had an issue checking in and she belittled us because we utilized Expedia instead of their direct website. It took about two hours to get checked in. The hotel room was pretty good, besides the fact there were white mystery stains on the brown bed skirt and NO sheets in the bed. We just had a comforter and slept on top of it. This is behavior you’d expect from like a motel six.
