"Property is fine, although it is hardly Sitges town centre. It's 20 minutes out of town and 15 minutes from anywhere. Most unhappy about the return of our damages deposit. Although the refund was cleared on 6 Oct, it took until 13 Nov to arrive. Apparently, the deposit had been passed to the property owner in Cuba. Now, why would a management company do that?"

"The house was just what we needed for a quiet family getaway. The pool was fab and we spent a lot of time splashing around in it with the children. Evenings were calm and quiet with just the crickets in the background chirping away."

"The title of this listing says the property is 5mins from Sitges but it is more like a 15 min drive so definitely recommend having a car. Taxis were about 15-20 EUR into Sitges. The location is in a village outside Sant Pere de Ribes with nothing there apart from houses. In the hills so nice and quiet but Nearest shop back in Sant Pere de Ribes (7 min drive). Also you have to take all your own rubbish to the bins in the street to avoid extra charges and the bins are quite a walk away. The...

"We stayed in villa Lia with a group of 11 friends and it was fantastic! The villa had everything we needed, was very clean and Maria was very accomodating. She was always on call to help with questions and even helped with arranging transport. The location of the villa is quite far from nearest town or supermarket so a car is preferable, we were waiting for taxis for quite some time. Would highly recommend staying for a relaxing holiday by the pool with friends and family."

"My family and I, 8 in total, spent a week at the Villa as we had gone to Sitges for a family wedding. The Villa was lovely and was most definitely clean and tidy. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there. It was fortunate for us that we had hired transport as it was a bit further out than we anticipated, however that was down to my erroneous research. Had a great time and definitely return."

The house is a short drive from the airport (note: there are road tolls) and there are so many bedrooms, bathrooms and hangout areas that it was a very comfortable stay. Plenty of activities in the house too for everyone (billiards, tennis, basket, pools etc) as well as places to go nearby (beaches, wine district, pantano de foix, etc). "Very large villa, with lovely pool and well appointed. Lovely to have so much space, but is realistically about 30 mins into Sitges walk so worth noting this if you have kids/ mobility issues. For a group of adults not a problem at all and a nice downhill walk. Very spacious bedrooms and communal spaces. Excellent communication from the owner and seem less check in process Would happily return to this villa :)"

"Villa Bianca is a perfect family home, where you can relax while enjoying the wonderful views from the swimming pool towards the sea. It has a heated jacuzzi, chill out area and an outdoor dining area. The interior is a real luxury, with large windows that allow you to see outside the villa. Overall the villa is perfect for a holiday!"

"Nice 3 story house. Sleeps 11 . Nice area. You can walk to the beach. The walk goes through the center of the historic town. Very nice beaches within 10-15 min walk. Train to Barcelona is one block down. Umbrellas available at the property to take to the beach as well as towels. Top floor with terrace and pool. Pool is small but enough to dip in. Grocery stores around the corner. Quiet and safe area. Recommend it"

"We had rented this property for eleven family members to experience Spain. It was ideal for that many people. The villa, grounds and pool were a perfect to relax. The kitchen had all of the appliances we need. The bathrooms were big and the separate downstairs family apartment kept us all together but separate when needed. The AC units worked great. The hosts were available nearby when we needed them for answers to questions. The villa is not close to Sitges. It is in the surrounding hillside....
