    Koblegarde's Beach House is a cozy, multi-level contemporary home tucked into the quiet Tolovana end of Cannon Beach, a short walk to the beach, the Sea Level bakery, and Surfcrest market.


    The first level of this home conveniently provides 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an ample laundry room. One bedroom, located in the finished garage, provides two Queen sized beds, a T.V. and DVD player. The other bedroom has a King sized bed as well as its own T.V. and DVD player. Both bedrooms flow into the private bathroom and conjoined laundry room from either side. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and the laundry area has a full sized washer and dryer.


    Upstairs, the open floor plan invites a relaxing evening in front of the stoned hearth and gas fireplace, while others can either gather around the dining booth, or prepare meals in a well-stocked and roomy kitchen. The spacious island counter also provides additional bar-stool seating.


    The upstairs bedroom flows off of the dining area and provides a Queen sized bed. A second bathroom with a tiled and glass walk-in shower is accessible from either the bedroom or the family room.


    Located on the west side of Hemlock, the beach is only a block away with easy access. You are sure to create special memories while staying at Koblegarde's Beach House.


    Accommodates 6 maximum; no pets; no smoking; parking for 2 vehicles.

    2 night minimum stay, except during the summer months.
    7 night minimum stay for the summer months.

Great weekend getaway!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this beach house for a long weekend. It had everything we needed and was a short drive to downtown Cannon Beach. I would gladly book again!

Cannon Beach Getaway

We had a perfect two night stay! Beautiful and immaculate home, room for the kids to have their own space, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, short walk to the beach for gorgeous sunsets. Thank you - just what we needed and we hope to be back!

This house is in excellent shape. It is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a block away and Haystack rock and downtown Cannon Beach are within walking distance.

Lovely spot a block away from the iconic beach. Amenities all close. Comfortable lodgings with well equipped kitchen. All sorts of extras at the house, beach towels, buckets and spades for playing in the sand, a kite, body boards etc etc. fantastic vacation!!!

Lovely Beach House

Excellent location where you can walk to the beach. A great kitchen w/ big table and couch, plus a bedroom/bath upstairs. Downstairs is bedroom w/ comfy king bed and bath. plus the garage has been changed to a bedroom tha sleeps 3 more. Easy to hang out in this house!

Excellent location and setting. Only issue is with the heat. Hot upstairs freezing downstairs but space heaters provided so it was not an inconvenience at all. Lovely home. Would return.

Cannon Beach Retreat

Koblegard’s Beach House is located perfectly to walk to and from the beach in just a few minutes. We loved being so close to Haystack Rock. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and everyone commented on the extra comfortable mattresses and cozy bedding. The home is immaculately clean and had enough kitchen gadgets to cook our meals. Make sure to take your own spices and oil. I highly recommend making this retreat your next Cannon Beach destination!

Cannon Beach Vacation

Updated and modern home with plenty of bedrooms and space. The location couldnt be better, just one block from the beach and Haystack Rock. We easily walked the beach to the downtown area multiple times. There is also a convenience store just down the road, also walkable. The property was clean and orderly. We loved having the fireplace to cozy up to! Had to just open the windows for a/c and bring your own shampoo. But it was still a great home, we would definitely stay here again!

The house was one block away from the beach, coffee shop and store no need to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. We did do short drives to restaurants and gift shops. We recommend going hiking at Ecola Park, so pretty and the weather was perfect!!! No issues at all with the house and would highly recommend it!!

The location of the well-maintained tri-level house offers close access to the beach as well as to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants in the quaint little town of Cannon Beach. The house was scrupulously clean when we arrived, and it has all the modern conveniences of home, including a cozy fireplace that really puts out the heat! One very minor inconvenience with the Internet, which was due to the recent storm which knocked out power citywide, was handled quickly and courteously by the stellar staff members. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and privacy of the beach house. All in all, a highly recommended, lovely place to stay!

Great location! The house is minutes from the beach and Haystack Rock. The living space was great with a fireplace & kitchen! Super comfy! Note that one of the three bedrooms is a converted garage but it was super clean & my husband thought it was awesome!
