Arranged over two floors of a detached stone-built house, the property enjoys a comfortable living room that benefits from a fireplace for cooler months and is furnished with a sofa, an armchair and a Smart flatscreen TV. There is also a separate dining room, and a small kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, a Dolcegusto coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

Adventurers can head to the Orrido di Sant’Anna (a 5-minute walk), a dramatic gorge with a stone bridge and riverside paths, explore nearby hillside villages like Carmine Superiore (an 8-minute drive) or take the 25-minute drive to the Cannobina Valley, which offers scenic hikes. Carved by the rushing waters of the Cannobino stream, the gorge is also perfect for a refreshing swim.
