The blue horizon residence is located on the heights of Théoule sur mer at 200m altitude. Blue horizon is located in a park of 2 Ha far from the traffic
Apartment of 45 m2 including:
BEDROOM: a bedroom with 160x200 bed, storage cupboards, a chair, iron and ironing board, opening onto a terrace of 6 m2 and drying room. Cooling fan.
CABIN: a cabin with window, equipped with two bunk beds and a small cupboard.
BATHROOM: Bathroom with bath, basin, mirror and heated towel rail.
WC: separate.
KITCHEN: Open kitchen to living room, equipped with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer space, a dishwasher, a washing machine, plates inductions, hood, battery full kitchen, toaster, coffee maker, table and five chairs.
LIVING ROOM: Living room with a 3 seater sofa, TV, storage cabinet and coffee table. Mobile fan.
TERRACE: The living room opens onto a large terrace of 17 m2 with sea view on the Gulf of Napoule, the Esterel Massif, the Alpine massif of Mercantour and the pool of 450 m2 open early May, equipped with a garden furniture, deckchairs and electric barbecue.

Ruhige Ferienanlage mit sehr schönen Meerblick

In einem wirklich sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartment haben wir sehr schöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und erfolgte immer zügig. Die vorhandene Poolanlage war stets sauber und in einem pfleglichen Zustand. Der Ort eignet sich ideal als Startpunkt für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen an der Cote d' Azur, allerdings ist das Aufkommen an Urlaubsgästen bis Ende August sehr hoch, was zu entsprechendem Verkehrsaufkommen führt und somit die Anfahrtswege erheblich beeinträchtigt. Malerische Badebuchten laden zum Genießen ein, wir können ein Aufenthalt hier nur jedem empfehlen.

good,not the property

view is fantastic /also swimming pool and beach only the property " problem with electricity "cutting for few days I called the agency just 1 time due to waiting time for the electrician to come over, the other days I didn't bother I am on holiday, not wasting my time to wait for electrician . I have reported to the agency on my last day .they need to change all the wiring not safe to stay specially if you have kids

Un peu déçu

Les + Une grande terrasse avec une vue grandiose, tout l'électroménager nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Les points négatifs, un appartement vieillissant qui a besoin d'un petit relooking surtout la salle de bain et la cuisine. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir et nous guider, le balai était dans le couloir et il planait une forte odeur de serpillère sale. Les lieux n'étaient pas vraiment propre!! Dommage!!

superbes vacances.

Les informations donnees dans le descriptif sont totalement conformes a ce que l'on trouve sur place . Magnifique emplacement,sur ces hauteurs,une splendide vue a couper le souffle. L'appartement est tres pratique et sa terrasse tres appreciee. La region bien sur est magique avec toutes ces destinations. Les proprietaires sont des gens sympathiques et pas avares du tout de renseignements.
