Our 30 m² apartment has been completely renovated at the end of 2013 and can accommodate 4 persons. The open kitchen is furnished with:
stove
ceramic hot plate
extractor hood
microwave
dishwasher
refrigerator
kitchen utensils (pots and pans)
dishes for 6 persons
big storage capacity
and an extra work surface, which is practical for a dining table too.

The modern bathroom consists of a multifunctional Italian shower, a WC, a radiator for towels, 2 cupboards and a washing machine.

The living room is composed of

high quality sofa bed for 2 persons
pull-out-table
and a lounge table.

A sliding door in Japanese style separates the living room from the romantic bedroom consisting of a high quality double bed, a little television and a fitted cupboard.

Behind them there are a pretty covered terrace and a huge garden including 100 years old palm trees in immediate vicinity of the pool and the restaurant.

A lovely 4 days.

The owner was very friendly and showed us all the amenities in the apartment. It was very clean and in a secure location with a pool. And had parking. The property was well placed for the beach, and it is a short bus ride to Cannes.

Do not ever go to this place, your vacation would be ruined !

After a 12 hours of flight, we have arrived at the place, the shower was not working! We could not get a shower that day because the plumber came the other day. After a few days dining out, I decided to cook whereas I found that the dishwasher was not working ! It would give all the warning lights on but would not even start. The owners dad would come the other day tried to fix it, did not work. The plumber, the other day, it did not work again. The other day the owner would bring a new dishwasher leaving a leakage in one of the hoses which the water go through the kitchen. LOTS of hassle. Everyday either plumbers, or the owner or his dad were in to help fix the issues. While these were going on we could not use water and had to use the public toilets in another building!! I was truly kind since this is life and things could happen. I only did nicely ask to leave and a refund for the rest of the stay since each day was a mass. He did not accept, he said he was helping to fix the issues. Well we went to another hotel for a few days and I had to pay for 2 places, but still did refuse to stay at that place. After we returned to the USA, I sent another note to the owner ( I can provide all our correspondence through the stay) I kindly asked a refund for at least 4 days for compensation/ refund to try to solve with him first, before I report the issue , he replied in a very nasty, ugly way blaming me for blackmailing! And that I drew a great picture of America! All was horrible.

1. Eindruck gut, aber…..

Das Objekt ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, selbst kühle Getränke lagen im Kühlschrank. Allerdings wissen wir nicht, wo sich bis zu 4 Personen aufhalten sollen. Wird bei 2 Personen mit etwas mehr Gepäck schon eng. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ordentlich, das Appartement am äußeren Rande der Residenz nahe einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Außerdem ist es die Einflugschneise für den Airport Nizza. Uns ist aufgefallen, daß in der Residenz fast ausschließlich französische Residenten wohnen. Man hatte nicht bei allen den Eindruck, daß sie sich über wechselnde Touristen freuen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Super Utile) und Bäcker fußläufig, ansonsten eher tote Gegend. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, würden es aber nicht wieder buchen.

Tout simplement impeccable

Très agréablement surpris par le logement, conforme à la description avec des surprises en plus, de très gentilles attentions qui font plaisir, parfaitement équipé. Emplacement idéal, belle piscine, proche de tout, mer, grandes villes. Un grand merci à Messieurs Guedj, père et fils ainsi que Madame Guedj pour leur accueil et leur réactivité.
