Situé sur la célèbre Croisette, ce joli studio rénové vous fera passer un beau séjour à Cannes. Depuis le lit ou la terrasse, vous pourrez profiter d'une pleine vue mer. L'appartement est situé au 5ème étage avec ascenseur. La résidence est sécurisée.

Vous pourrez faire des balades le long de la Croisette ou vers le Palm Beach. Si vous ne voulez pas marcher 25 minutes pour vous rendre dans la vieille ville (Suquet), il y a un arrêt de bus à 2 minutes à pied de la Résidence.
