  • Very pleasant, air-conditioned and comfortable 2-room apartment of 43 m2, refurbished, which can accommodate up to 5 people, behind the Martinez hotel, 2 minutes from the Croisette and the beach, and 100 m from Rue d'Antibes , 10 minutes from the station and the Palais des Festivals. An ideal base for your conferences and holidays, close to all the activities and events in Cannes. Located on the 4th floor with elevator of a beautiful building renovated and secure.

The apartment has the minimum you need for a comfortable stay. We rented for the mipim where pricing is in general high, and under other circumstances this would not be a place of choice. There is a nice balcony with morning sun and a bedroom and sleeping sofa. The wifi is too slow to cover normal working tasks. The entrance door is very thin and lets all sounds through. The glazing is single so it lets through quite a bit of sound but the area is in general calm. I guess you get what you pay for and for that its fine, just dont expect more than that.
