    In the heart of the select area of "La Californie" this magnificent duplex apartment in a "Belle Epoque" villa, its breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, offers calm, elegance and comfort. Nearby, explore the idyllic beaches, enjoy fine cuisine in renowned restaurants, and attend the famous Cannes Film Festival.
    The Casino and the Palais des Festivals make this place a perfect place to experience the luxury and beauty of the French Riviera. �PGJyPgThe apartment is in the most select district of Cannes, La Californie, overlooking the bay. 2km from Cannes train station, 18 minutes walk from Rue d'Antibes and 30 minutes walk from the Palais du festival.
    Right next to the Palace, the Tourist Office will inform you of the many possibilities in Cannes and its surroundings!
    The Golf Old Course de Cannes Mandelieu is 25 minutes away by car.

    "The accommodation":
    With a sea view, this duplex apartment with 2 large double beds (1 per floor) and two single beds (the lower one in a room adjoining the large bedroom. The upstairs one sharing the space with the small living room and the double bed). A sofa bed in the main living room completes the possible beds. There are therefore 8 possible beds.

    The apartment is well equipped, bright and has a beautiful balcony.
    In addition to air conditioning, several fans are available.

    It is a family apartment that has seen 3 generations grow.
    Villa Rayrama is a Classified Villa being one of the first villas in Cannes.
    it is a haven of peace and calm.
    Thank you in advance for respecting the owner-occupiers. No parties or too much noise after 10pm and no more than 8 people on the balcony for safety reasons.

It was the best decision we could have made. Very cozy and and smart and felt like a home away from home. Safe neighborhood and good location. Fabulous ocean view and balcony terrace. We all would go back in a heart beat. Plus secure parking.
