Stay away!

We were a family with 3 kids. The room was very dirty, visible dust everywhere. Low comfort. Dishwasher was broken. No internet. Our room was on the ground floor and the outside area was not usable, the furniture to dirty to use, ants everywhere and bushes not trimmed.The «hotel» charged us 140 euro more for taxes and refused to answer anything when we asked why. No cleaning the whole week. Before we left we had to by cleaning remedies to clean the whole appartment. In the pool no toys were allowed, no ball no jumping, no shoes. Stay away! The area around and the beaches were nice!

I should've read the reviews. The pictures look super nice compared to the actual property which looks and smells quite run down. We stayed 30 mins then left to stay at another location. We didn't ask for or needed a refund...this place was just that bad.

From the start the check in was horrible. Communication was impossible. No reception front desk. No one will answer the number in the email. They will eventually call you back. The apartment has dirt on floors. Holes in walls. Missing lightbulbs. Roaches in sink and bathtub and in the bed. We left immediately and did not get any refund. Please listen when I say stay away from this place. It’s not a hotel. It’s an apartment complex. They want you to clean dishes and throw trash away and if you don’t they charge you extra.
Open the bathroom door and smells like urine. Immediately.
Holes in wall from previous tenant pictures being hung on wall.

From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!

This is NOT a hotel

This is a HOSTEL. You will be very disappointed if you are expecting a hotel. Why is it a hostel: -There is no staff on site -There is no cleaning during your stay -There is a fee for towels -There is one roll of toiletpaper per apartment -You are required to clean the apartment and wash dishes before checkout, but there are no cleaning supplies (only a vacuum cleaner) The building is probably 40-50years old without recent renovations. Everything is very worn, door handles, cracked tiles, wall sockets hanging out, AC unit is gross inside, everything is a bit sticky, etc. etc. The surrounding area is a poor-ish suburb, you will see boarded up stores and homeless people. All windows have metal bars and every gate is locked. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay with good communications to Cannes (20min by bus) this could be an option, but you get what you pay for, Cannes hotels are expensive. Positives: -The two pools are nice! BUT! No food or drinks allowed to bring by security guards. Opening hours 10AM-7PM. Some sun chairs are broken. There is NO shade around the pool, it can get very hot in summer. -Very close to the beach (public) -Low cost, dont pay over 200€ per night

We did the mistake to not check the reviews before booking. This was the absolute nightmare. We have never experienced such miserable conditions on holliday. It was dirty everywhere. The floor was sticky, and the socks stuck to the floor. The floor under the bed and the kitchen were particularly dirty. The apartment and the building were generally in very poor condition. Check in was via a key box and the host was difficult to reach. When we called and complained about the conditions, we were met with an unprofessional attitude. He was supposed to arrange a new washing the next day, but this did not happen. We had booked 8 days, but moved out after one day. These apartments should never be listed on hotels.com

Das Apartment hat vor Ort kein Personal und kein Rezeption, online antwortet keiner. Erst nach stunden. Es ist sehr Dreckig, die angeblich frische bettwäschen sind unter der Sofa was verstaubt ist. Es sind überall verschmutzte und verstaubte ecken, 4 tage hatte ich gebucht, mehr als 1 tag war nicht mehr erträglich. Die online mitsrbeiter verweigern sich das geld zurück zu schicken. Das Apartment verdient keine Kunden. Es ist auch in einer sehr schlechten lage es gibt kein ess möglichkeit. Das meer ist auch schrecklich. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Mir wurde für 4 nächte 1100 euro abgezockt wo ich nach der ersten nacht die schlüssel abgegeben habe.

Pour commencer, la communication avec le personnel edt compliquée. Très rarement qu’il réponde au téléphone et personnel très désagréable pour répondre à nos questions. Arrivés à l’appartement, étonnés par son ancienneté, robinet qui ne se ferme pas dans la baignoire, air conditionné qui fuit l’eau quand on le met en marche, balcon très sale, vaisselle sale ( verres qui collent). Grill pain et sèche cheveux qui étaient censés être dans l’appartement, on ne les a pas vu, et laverie qui n’existe pas dans la résidence au contraire de ce qui a été cité. Plusieurs emails envoyés et plusieurs tentatives d’appeler mais personne n’a jamais répondu.

Det er et koselig sted, har hvert der to ganger. Synes renholdet når vi kom var litt skuffende. Merker at kjøkkenting er seigt og ekkelt. Dører og dørhåndtak ser du er møkkette. Ellers var gulvene og overflater greie. For det er et eldre og slitt rom, det visste vi. Men hadde regnet med at ting skulle være rent og ordentlig.

Schönen Urlaub gehabt

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Anlage ist optimal,alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hat alles was man im Urlaub benötigt.. Nur eine Sache fand ich nicht gut aber vllt für anderen schon gut .. die Matratzen sind einbischen hart sonst alles perfekt.. Nur zum Empfehlen..

War ok

Appartement war ok. Es war alles vorhanden. Leider wurden die Handtücher nicht ausgetauscht. Das WC war nicht ganz dicht, so lief unten immer Wasser raus. Insgesamt war das Appartement recht alt, die Betten knacksden bei jeder Bewegung. Wir hatten ein Parkplatz dazu gemietet. In der Garage waren es nicht ersichtlich wo wir parken durften. Die meisten Plätze waren abgesperrt. Wir hatten öfters ein Zettel an der Scheibe, dass wir falsch geparkt hätten. Es gibt keine Rezeption, ganze Kommunikation lief über Whats up. ( nicht alle haben Internet im Ausland) Positiv es gab zwei grosse Pools aber keine Sonnenschirme an den Pools

Hotel with no working personell

The hotel was very nice. It worked well with express check-in and check-out. Nevertheless, I wish there was a reception as well. It was cumbersome to always write e-mails instead of contacting the reception. In addition, I wish there was some housekeeping to change sheets and clean a little bit. The placement of the hotel was perfect, near the train station and close to the beach. We had a nice stay. The hotel looks like just in the pictures.

Bra läge

Härligt läge på lägenheten med fin utsikt. Trots närhet till järnväg så upplevdes den inte störande. Fint poolområde och generellt mycket lugn anläggning. Viktigt att känna till är det inte är ett renodlat lägenhetshotell. Exempelvis saknas reception och all kontakt sker vi mail. Läget passar både för strandhäng och som base camp för utflykter i området

Муравьи! Нет обслуживания. Общее состояние здания выглядит неудовлетворительным. Ранний выезд. Выносить мусор. Куча дополнительных условий

ottima vacanza a cannes, colazione e cene vista ma

Appartamento curato e ben pulito, noi eravamo in tre, me c erano 6 posti letto. Gli spazi non sono grandi, ma comunque i letti comodi e anche le attrezzature sono presenti e funzionali. Bisogna fare l abitudine ad usare il fornello ad induzione.Molto gentile l assistente che di persona e' passato al check in è anche al che k out per mia chiamata

מאוכזבת ברמות הרסו לי את הטיול

הזמנתי את החדר הכי יקר וקיבלתי חדר אחר בעל הדירה היה בדירה ואמר שנכון זה לא החדר שהזמנתי זה חדר ל 7 אנשים אבל בלי הנוף המקלחון היה שבור הכיירים לא עבדו כל הזמן דבר שגרם לנו לאכול לחוץ כמה פעמים ולבזבז כסף שלא תיכננו הפתח של הכיור נסתם ובעל המקום פשוט שחרר אותו דבר שגרם לכך שלא יכולנו לעשות כביסה המלון הזה היה נפילה קשה ומאכזבת יותר אכסניה מאשר מלון הקבלה עובדת מהשעה 9 ועד השעה 8 בערב אחרי זה אין עם מי לדבר
