Het appartement bevond zich op de eerste verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht op de haven. De tuin van het complex is afgezet met hekken, veilig voor kleine kinderen. Zwembad is schoon en heerlijk om af te koelen. Parkeerplaats in de garage en het complex wordt afgesloten met een hek. Stranden, winkels en restaurants zijn in de omgeving. De keuken had alles wat je wilt hebben op vakantie incl kleine vriezer en koelkast. Ook de receptioniste was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Un gros merci à La Résidence Carré Marine de Mandelieu et salutations sincères à Maroy à la réception qui nous a vraiment bien accompagné du début à la fin de notre séjour.  Pour ce qui est de l’emplacement et de l’état de La Résidence, tout est parfait! Accueil par le directeur de la résidence, très pro , accueillant et chaleureuse.. Grande terrasse vue sur la marine c'est top! L'appartement spacieux.. Pb avec le pommeau de douche et une couverture qui n'était pas propre et trouée. Mais tout le reste c'était magnifique.

Überwiegend waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Wir empfehlen vacanceole etwas Aufwand in den Unterhalt zu stecken. Das Geschirr war wirklich sehr abgenutzt. Die Messer waren sehr unscharf. Das Fenster zur Terrasse ließ sich nur sooradisch schliesen, also wurden immer die elektrischen Rollläden heruntergefahren. Die Sauberkeit war unter dem Durchschnitt als wir ankamen. Ausstattung war das notwendigste vorhanden und hat ausgereicht. Potenziel ist da, es müsste nur genutzt werden. Außer den negativen Aspekten waren wir mit der Lage, dem CheckIn und allem anderen (Pool, Tiefgarage) zufrieden.

Appartemment délabré

Très belle vue sur la Marina et personnel de l'accueil sympathique. Par contre les appartements sont dans un sale état de délabrement c'est inadmissible pour un 3 étoile. (prise qui tient plus au mur, dérouleur papier WC qui est arraché, manque des plinthes, portes placard cassée, joints de la salle de bain fait grossièrement...)

Tres agreable sejour tres bon accueil tres disponible appartement lumineux avec tres belle vue sur la marina Les points négatifs sont la fermeture de la piscine en ete trop tot a 20h pas de matériel adapté pour le menage aspirateur casse non change chambre trop petite car on ne pouvait pas passez de l autre cote du lit sans escalader sur ce dernier.

Séjour après déconfinement

Sommes arrivés le 22 juin, on nous a dit que l'appartement était désinfecté. Il y avait du gel hydroalcoolique à l'entrée de l'accueil et près des ascenseurs. Piscine ouverte avec transats et produit désinfectant et lingettes mises à disposition. Nous n'avons jamais été inquiets vis à vis des mesures de sécurité. L'accueil est sympathique et on prend le temps de nous renseigner. Appartement assez spacieux pour 3 adultes. Vue magnifique sur la marina. Déception au niveau des couchages : la chambre a une toute petite fenêtre qui donne sur une coursive donc on ne peut pas dormir la fenêtre et le volet ouverts et il s'agit d'un lit gigogne dans le séjour donc obligés de refaire le lit le soir, dommage que ce ne soit pas un clic clac... Pas de chance pendant nos deux semaines de séjour car très bruyant avec la construction d'un immeuble à proximité, le nettoyage de la Marina avec un dragage toute la journée et une école à côté. Malgré ces inconvénients, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances avec de belles promenades et un beau temps. Il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture car pas de commerces de proximité.
