You can enjoy a magnificent infinity pool with a view of the sea and the Lerins Islands; as well as a paddling pool for children. Access to the pool is free. Only the deckchairs are paid from July 1 to August 31, 2026 (€5 for half a day / €10 for a day).
A children's playground and a tennis court are available at the residence.
The sandy beach is 600 m from the residence (about 12 minutes walk).
The centre of Cannes is a 30 to 40-minute walk away. Possibility to take the bus down the street (line 1, 2 or 7).
