Located in the quiet and residential Petit Juas neighborhood, about a 15-minute walk from the Croisette, this comfortable apartment is the perfect place for a solo stay or a getaway for two. You'll enjoy being close to Cannes' main attractions, as well as the Lycée Carnot bus stop just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Enjoy a stay that combines peace, comfort, and proximity to the heart of Cannes! You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
