The Banana district forms the vibrant heart of Cannes. Named for the curved shape of the neighborhood stretching between the Croisette and the train station, it gathers many of the city’s essential places.

Here, mornings might start with coffee near the sea, afternoons with shopping along Rue d’Antibes, and evenings strolling along the Croisette.

Located on the fourth floor of the building, this 30m² studio extends onto a spacious 15m² terrace, a rare outdoor space in the center of Cannes.

Inside, the main room combines a double bed and a sofa bed, creating a flexible layout for up to three guests. The kitchen area is fully equipped for simple meals, while the bathroom includes a shower and WC.

With its central location and generous terrace, the studio provides a comfortable base for both congress visitors and travelers exploring the Riviera.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
