Set within a tourist residence known for its panoramic views over the bay, this 37m² apartment offers a relaxing base between beaches and the Palais des Festivals.

The living room is bright and opens directly onto a terrace with a small garden area, creating a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy Cannes’ mild climate.

Inside, the apartment accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed.

A fully equipped kitchen connects to the living area, while the bathroom offers a bathtub, toilet and towel dryer.

The residence itself provides several leisure facilities designed for relaxation: an infinity pool with sea view open from April 1st to November 6th, a tennis court and a playground for children.

Located about 750 meters from the beaches, the apartment remains well connected to Cannes’ main attractions while offering a quieter residential environment.

A private parking space is available in the residence’s underground garage.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
