- Unique hilltop villa in the Californie neighbourhood of Cannes.
Views over Cannes and the Bay of Cannes to the west... Nice and the bay of Antibes to the east... and the beaches of Pampelonne in St Tropez.
This charming villa will seduce you with its terraces and wooded garden, double swimming pool, semi-professional kitchen, parking, double living room, multiple reception areas and 8 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.
7 of the rooms can be arranged as a double bed or two separate single beds. Only the eighth room (the smallest), with its 140cm wide bed, can accommodate a couple or a single person, but cannot be separated into 2 single beds.
All bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and TV room are air-conditioned.
There are 10 bathrooms at your disposal in the villa.
