Absolutely loved it

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great for the price and the only one we could get with two bedrooms. Location was excellent and about 5mins walk to the beaches we love. Really enjoyed the stay.

Great spot

We loved this spot. It was very clean, quiet and in a nice location. Lots of stairs down to the beach and no elevator in the building and it’s on the third floor, but that’s typical of most buildings like this here. Beautiful view of the bay, and very good location about 500 m or so from the prime restaurant and shopping areas. Overall, we liked it a lot.

Le Suquet Cannes Apartment for Adults

This apartment is very close to the beaches and Cannes city situated in Le Suquet area, which is very beautiful and calm, a really great neighborhood. You have fabulous views FROM ALL WINDOWS! However, the apartment has not been updated for many years and it is decorated in very simple style and poor style. You get the impression you are not paying for comfort - for me and my company the charm of the apartment and the neighborhood were the highlight.

Beautiful Cannes

Our apartment was located on a beautiful pedestrian street of lovely old homes in the Le Suquet area. It was quite large, with two bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, WiFi, and a marvelous view. It is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so not good for people with mobility issues. A beautiful beach is down the hill, as well as the harbor and many restaurants and shops. For us, it was our home as we took day trips to St Tropez for the sailing races, and visited many other towns along the Mediterranean coast. Our host gave perfect instructions, but in French. I figured it out with my limited French as well as google-translate. It was a delight in every way and I hope to go back someday.

What a gem of a find in the Old Town of Cannes. If steps aren't your thing then probably not the right place for you to stay but otherwise a 10-minute walk down to The Crosette so really location couldn't have been better. Amazing view of the sea through the lovely big apartment windows. Felt like we were on top of the world.The flat was clean and functional and great value for a stay in Cannes and to explore the French Riviera. Serge's notes were thorough, communication was great and access to the flat was easy. We were even able to leave our bags with Serge on the day of departure as we weren't flying until late. Thank you Serge, it was much appreciated!All in all a very positive experience and we plan to return.

Lovely holidays

We had a really lovely apartment with French flair and seaview in the old part of Cannes for one week and 5 persons. Close (about 150 stairs) to the beach, to a small market, to a delicious bakery and lots of restaurants. We could park our car in a parking house (5 minutes to go and extra pay), but in most cases we decided to go by train (station: 10 minutes to go). The owner of the apartment was very friendly and had good tipps for us (like to travel to St. Tropez via coastal road in the morning). We will be back for sure...

5 Star Location....But?

Great location, no need for a car. Everything walkable. Clean and bright. However, be aware of 50 euro up-charge for sheets and worn out towels. First time I have ever been charged for these items :(. The other item to note is that the premises is more like a student unit. In need of some general repair and or upgrades. There are absolutely no condiments or supplies left behind by others, not even a pepper shaker. The bare minimum at this location.

Great view and location

This property is in a great location. It is walking distance to many good restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the view and the ease of getting to where we planned to be. Check in was a little challenging due to the owner being out of town and a language barrier. We were able to overcome the language barrier with Google Translate. But communication was delayed at a critical time during check in. Also - we learned upon check in that sheets and towels were not included in the cost of the room. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. This is not a practical scenario for travelers from overseas. I recommend listing this requirement up from in the description of the room or simply make it part of the room cost. This way - it will avoid the scenario we encountered where the owner indicated he notified us of this requirement but we did not receive this message before our arrival. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the view. Thank you for letting us visit.

Quelle vue incroyable!

Serge nous a donné des instructions très claires, ce qui est utile, car le Suquet est piétonnier. Il nous a chaleureusement accueilli. un appartement, calme, charmant, fonctionnel, à proximité de la plage, des marchands, des restos. La vue du Grand bleu est exceptionnelle. Sincèrement, une adresse d'exception.
