With a surface area of 31 m², this apartment comprises :

- a warm, comfortable living room with sofa bed (ideal for two children) and dining area,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- bedroom with 160x200 bed,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV, wifi, air conditioning,
- radiators, smoke detector.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but plenty of free parking is available nearby.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m.

A 403€ management fee will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
