"It’s a place to sleep at. Nothing special about it. It’s more of a shotty motel transformed into a regular motel. The area looked really shady, but it was a place to stay. For the price point it made a lot of sense. You get what you pay for."

"First impressions last a lifetime. We arrived early because we had been travelling for 2 days to get there. The front desk agent gave us a parking pass and told us we could park early. While sitting in the car waiting, he came out and offered us breakfast and a warm place to sit while we waited. The next day we had to go to 770 7th street but didn’t know how to get there. A cab was going to cost us $152. Denise in the cafeteria showed us how to use the app for the Subway and even gave us pointers. We made it safe and sound. Excellent customer service. Will totally be back!!"
