Fine but a bit mean

The place is well situated and you can have a parking lot. The apartment is correct, enough for 5 people. But I would mention a few details: it should be a bit cleaner, the kitchen is not fully equipped (not a single kitchen rag, no oven, old & broken toaster, not enough cups...).
