L'emplacement de la location est bien : prÚs des commerces et a quelques pas de la plage. Le logement est un peu décevant par rapport aux photos de l'annonce, il mériterait une petite rénovation et un peu plus de soins.

Appartement pas du tout confortable , Ă©quipements Ă©lectriques pas aux normes , trĂšs peu de prises de courant , coin cuisine et SDB minuscules , Ă©lectromĂ©nager non accessible (pas de recul pour accĂ©der Ă  la porte du four , impossible d'ouvrir en totalitĂ© la porte du lave-vaisselle qui bute sur le meuble de l'Ă©vier , four micro-ondes encombrant posĂ© sur la table bar) , pomme de douche fixe trop basse (obligĂ© de se mettre Ă  genoux pour se laver) , cuvette WC trop proche de la porte. Equipements en mauvais Ă©tat (lattes du canapĂ© lit cassĂ©es et housse dĂ©chirĂ©e , poignĂ©es des portes de douche cassĂ©es , les fenĂȘtres des chambres ferment trĂšs mal , rideaux en mauvais Ă©tat et tringles mal conçues , mobilier de terrasse sale et Ă©tendoirs Ă  linge rouillĂ©s) Heureusement que la taille de la terrasse et la vue ont sauvĂ© le sĂ©jour et peu attĂ©nuĂ© le cout de la location.

Appartement bien agencé et trÚs bien équipé.

Belle vue sur la mer et la plage. La piscine bien entretenue est un plus si trop de vent sur la plage. Résidence calme et trÚs bien située, avec les commerces à proximité. A recommander.

Bien trop cher pour cet appartement proche de la vĂ©tustĂ©. Ce bien peut soit disant accueillir 6 personnes : venez avec votre vaisselle car il n’ a pas le compte ( ex: 3 petites cuillĂšres, 1 verre Ă  vin et 4 petits verres). Les portes Wc et salle de bain se bloquent ( notre fille est restĂ©e coincĂ©e). Baie vitrĂ©e dangereuse, nous avons du la laisser ouverte en permanence par peur qu’elle ne casse. Pas de store, seulement des rideaux non occultant. Tv qui fonctionne une fois sur 3. La fausse cheminĂ©e cassĂ©e et dĂ©crochĂ©e du mur. RĂ©sidence trĂšs bruyante et mal entretenue. AccĂšs piscine limitĂ©e (cela ne nous a pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©cisĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation). Pas de 4G: possibilitĂ© de prendre un abonnement wifi le temps du sĂ©jour mais service dĂ©plorable. Bref hormis un emplacement idĂ©ale, le reste n’est pas Ă  la mesure du prix demandĂ©.
