Villa 'Berganti' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Fabulous 4 winds villa of 453 meters built on a plot of 804 meters with garden, private pool, barbecue, garage for two vehicles and interior elevator, with beautiful views of the idyllic village of Canet de Mar 10 minutes walk from the beach and the town center. Very comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities for you and your family to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

Strategic location: 35 minutes by car from the center of Barcelona and 40 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches and coves of the Costa Brava. Vehicle: not necessary. Public transport: Train Canet de Mar.



We present this property completely renovated. The house has two floors. On the main floor there is a spacious hall, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Then we go to the great living room, very bright surrounded by large windows that allow us to enjoy the beautiful views of the town of Canet de Mar and the garden from the sofa. The kitchen, spacious and bright, communicates with the living room and is fully equipped with appliances, household items and a table with its own television. It also has a laundry and ironing room, with washing machine and dryer, for the comfort of its guests. On the second floor, we find the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This floor of the house is all exterior with terrace and balcony that is accessed directly from two of the rooms. The living room and the main room on the second floor have air conditioning. Capacity: 10 people.



The villa is in Canet de Mar, a modernist village on the coast of Barcelona, familiar and safe, where you will find supermarkets, stores and restaurants. A 10 minute walk from the beach and the endless promenade for walking or sports.

We are in a residential neighborhood, where by municipal regulations from 10 pm (Friday and Saturday night) and 9 pm the rest of the days, playing loud music and talking loudly is prohibited on this property. We request you to be considerate with the neighborhood and to avoid unnecessary problems and to enjoy a quiet stay. Thanks for your consideration. Parties are not allowed. Heerlijke plek

Wij hebben genoten van Villa Berganti. Comfortabel en schoon huis (note: wij waren slechts met z'n 4en) , fijn zwembad, dicht bij heerlijk strand (niet druk, superfijne heldere zee) En niet te vergeten fijne ontvangst en service van zeer aardige gastvrouw.
