- The apartment is located in a beautiful village called Canet de Mar and it takes between 45 and 60 minutes by car from the airports of Barcelona and Gerona.



- The neighborhood is safe, it is very well connected and next to the center of the town.



- Nearby you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, entertainment areas and everything you need.



- The train station is less than 10 minutes away and the beach is 150m from the apartment, with typical fishing boats and beach bars where you can enjoy day and night.



- During the summer, all the surrounding towns celebrate their local festivals. Many events are organized and the atmosphere is fantastic with fireworks, delicious meals, concerts, etc.



- Some interesting activities to do in Canet de Mar or in the surroundings are: spend the whole day in Barcelona or Gerona, go hiking in the surroundings of Canet de Mar or the Montnegre natural park, take guided tours through the modernist buildings of the town, buy typical meals at the market, lunch or dinner at the different restaurants and beach bars, walk along the beach of Canet, go shopping to La Roca Village, the Mataró Parc shopping center or Calella, visit the modernist fair or the gastronomic fair, etc.

HOW TO MOVE



- The station of Canet de Mar is less than 10 minutes from the apartment. There are trains to Barcelona or Gerona that depart every 30 minutes. To get to Canet by train from Barcelona, take line 1, direction Maçanet-Massanes and stop at the Canet de Mar stop. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes.



- To arrive by bus, check the web "Sagales" and look at the schedules. To get there by car, take the C32 motorway or the N-II road that follows the coast. If you want to visit the tourist town of Calella, take the bus number 627.



OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS



- Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.



- Take into account that arrivals between 07:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of €25. Tickets between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 12:00 a.m.; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.



- Upon arrival you must pay a tourist tax of € 1 per night per person, due to the rules established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.



- In the moment to do the check-in, adults and children will have to identify by means of ID card, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK.
