Located in Canet de Mar, this apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 90 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in the living/dining area and in one double bedroom, as well as a washing machine. You have a private covered terrace with sea views. There is also a shared outdoor area with a saltwater pool and garden.

You can reach the Costa Brava in under 30 minutes by car and Barcelona in less than an hour by car or train. Parking is available in the building’s garage for one vehicle.

Relaxed beach with easy access to Barcelona and other beach towns

The only catagory i did not give top marks to was accuracy of listing. I did this because the property is quite frankly larger and more well appointed than what i perceived in the listings. Montse (host) was amazing. We would highly recommend this listing.
