Located less than 100 meters from Rua Osvaldo Aranha, where there are shops, 24-hour pizzeria, retaurants, snack bars, supermarkets, gym, convenience, banks and is just 700 m from the beautiful Stone Cathedral, one of the most visited tourist spots in the city.
