Hospedagem ótima

Meu nome é Emerson Lima e quero dizer que a hospedagem foi Excelente, funcionarios muito atenciosos recepção, limpeza e cozinha todos. O hotel está de parabéns sempre que for pra se hospedar em canela vou para eles. Tem sala para crianças brincar e tem um espaço perto do café da manhã enorme para quem quer jogar ou até mesmo trabalhar assim como eu, que as vezes preciso atender os clientes pelo not. Hotel 10 super recomendo.

Lugar aconchegante

Achei o tamanho do quarto excelente. Como levei minha filha de 3 anos faltou ter lençol e coberta extra para o sofá cama, porém como reservei tarde acredito que possa ser o motivo, toalha também só tinham duas, peguei apenas 1 diaria também. O café da manhã é ótimo os funcionários super atenciosos. Tem espaço kids. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Me cobraram a diária novamente quando cheguei, além do site. Me devolveram depois, mas achei que seria válido verificarem antes de cobrar em duplicidade. No geral gostei bastante e recomendo.

Ótimo custo x benefício

Eu e minha esposa passamos 5 dias no hotel e nos atendeu muito bem! As instalações são simples porém confortáveis. O quarto é espaçoso, tem uma cama boa e um bom chuveiro também. O chuveiro as vezes demorava a esquentar, mas como fomos no verão (médias de 28ºC) entrávamos no chuveiro quase frio e depois regulávamos a temperatura. O café da manhã é simples, sem muita variedade, mas com alimentos essenciais (algumas frutas, boa variedade de pães, frios e bolos), além de café e leite quentes. Todos os funcionários que nos atenderam durante a estadia foram receptivos e muito atenciosos. O hotel tem uma boa localização próximo ao centro de canela, e dispõe de estacionamento gratuito próprio ao redor do prédio. O estacionamento em grande parte é descoberto e com chão de pedriscos, mas é bem espaçoso.

Muy linda hotel y sobre todo el lugar del desayuno que es arriba y tiene una vista muy linda. Lo malo es que para ir a buscar el carro cuando llueve, hay que salir para afuera porque el acceso por el garage no está habilitado para huéspedes

Não é primeira vez que nós hospedamos no Tissiani, porém me decepcionei pela primeira vez. A reposição do café da manhã, não está no padrão que sempre encontramos…e, infelizmente, nos deparamos com uma recepcionista que deveria muito rever seus conceitos e suas atitudes. O hotel sempre foi excelente, só que dessa vez, ficamos um tanto quanto tristes.
