"Dorm stay was decent. But they need to fix lighting issues in 16 bed dorm. The light was on for almost full night n I had difficulty in sleeping. Due to lights being on other guests in dorm were very noisy in the middle of night with no civic sense. They need to set up strict rules for dorm "

"On arrival the apartment was occupied by a couple refusing to leave. The hotel management were great in finding alternative accommodation for three nights till the problem was resolved. We booked an apartment with cooker, microwave and other kitchen equipment - we got 3 glasses!! Because of this we had to eat out for all meals which was not budgeted for. Description also stated the apartment would be deep cleaned. This was not the case. The apartment is in a lovely location but tired an...
