"This was an amazing stay! Came up to Manchester for a weekend with my girlfriend and the stay was perfect! Room had great amenities and extremely clean! The hotel staff were super kind and informative. The restaurant they have here is also delicious! Everything within walking distance. Good bars, food, shops, and stores! If you are staying in Manchester I would 100% recommend this place!"

We were informed by the kitchen staff that the items would not be replenished because they had run out of food. "Had to check in at 3:00 in the morning and was concerned that nobody would be at the front desk, but they were there and helped me out."

"The public areas in the lobby were a mess due to renovation work and the lobby and floors have an odor BUT the room IU was in was indeed renovated so was very good except there was no place to hang clothing. I understand the need to do renovation but they could do a much better job of keeping the lobby area cleaner looking during construction (many place are able to do this). Also the parking lot is dark with no lights, I was almost afraid to leave my car here."
