Gorgeous Tenerife villa

The villa is as described in the listing, the host is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the booking and check-in and payment and check-out processes are all easy. The villa was very clean and comfortably held 9 adults (could've held 10). It's a little bit rural, in that the roads to the villa are a bit narrow and toilet paper should be binned rather than flushed - but this is very common on the island (so I'm only highlighting it for the tourists) and the value for money is well worth it! This was my first time booking on VRBO so I was a bit nervous, but I can confirm that the villa exists and matches the photos and is honestly such a comfortable and beautiful home away from home. It's got all the comforts and amenities you could ask for (WiFi, pool, bbq, hairdryer, towels, etc.). This villa is an absolute gem of a fine and I'd highly recommend it.

An Excellent Home from Home Stay.....

My wife, our 2-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at a 5-bedroom villa in northern Tenerife. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat. Stylishly decorated rooms and outdoor spaces provided stunning views and relaxation. The layout worked well, with morning sun at the back and evening sun around the pool.The heated outdoor pool (20/day) was a highlight, warming up at about 3 degrees per day. It added a relaxing touch, and our little one loved playing in it, making it a special part of our routine. The villa’s location was peaceful and picturesque, with lovely walks and hills nearby, ideal for relaxation—not a spot for nightlife.Having a hire car is essential to explore the island’s beauty, particularly the National Parks in the North. The villa is conveniently located just 30 minutes from key destinations, with a supermarket 5-10 minutes away for all essentials.The hosts were exceptional, welcoming us warmly and making us feel at home. Their attentiveness, including helping us order pizza on the first night, added to the charm. I would highly recommend this villa for a peaceful, memorable getaway in Tenerife. The combination of a stunning property and thoughtful hosts made our stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning someday!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house and the terrific pool and outdoor terraces. The host (Juan) was super friendly and the house was really nice. Many rooms, bathrooms and a super nice living room. When not using the pool (and that is not often…) I recommend a drive up north in the mountains - wonderful area and view.

The Perfect Getaway Villa

In short, this property has everything you may need to relax for your stay. We really made the most of playing table tennis and the pool (I think you have to pay for the heated part of this pool which wasn't overly clear) Initially first night we had issues with (of all things for a brit) the kettle. But Juan solved this issue within 10 minutes!!! If you want a villa that is private, but has the attention of the owner like that you are on to a win. If you fancy a trip out, It's only 40 minutes from the Waterpark, and 40 mins to the zoo. So a really good central location. We would definitely love to stay again and if you have a family you will not be disappointed!!!

Fangen wir mal mit dem positiven an: Der Standort vom Haus ist gut, schöne Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, sehr ruhig gelegen, das Haus ist geräumig mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet mit Ausreichend Geschirr und Gläsern, wobei bei Vollbelegung von 10 Personen wird es schon mal eng, es ist aber ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden, dann muss man eben zwei mal am Tag spülen. Großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach. Auch positiv hervorheben möchten wir dass das Wasser aus den Hähnen wirklich heiß kommt, Vorsicht - Verbrennungsgefahr. Das negative: Wir haben zu sechst ein "Luxus" Haus gebucht und dafür auch einen Luxus Preis bezahlt, leider entsprach die Beschreibung auf der Buchungsplattform "Vrbo" nicht den Tatsachen, es wurde ein geheizter Pool angegeben, einen Tag vor unserer Anreise haben wir vom Vermieter ein WhatsApp bekommen dass wir pro Tag € 20.-- für die Heizung bezahlen sollen, bei 14 Tagen ein Betrag von € 280.-- zusätzlich. Der Pool ist sehr marode, das Wasser "verschwindet" von selbst, in den 14 Tagen sank der Wasserspiegel um mindestens 10cm ab, die Mosaikfliesen im Pool lösen sich und liegen im Pool am Boden, eine Reinigung fand in der ganzen Zeit nicht statt. Es wurde zwar einmal mit einem Wasserschlauch Wasser nachgefüllt, aber das war es dann auch schon. Damit man den Pool in der Nacht abdecken kann war eine sehr alte Abdeckung vorhanden und den Rest musste man mit einer Blauen Luftpolsterfolie abdecken, das haben wir nur einmal gemacht.

Nicht das, was wir erwartet haben.

Das Haus ist keine Luxusvilla sondern ein in die Jahre gekommenes Haus. Der Pool ist nicht, wie beschrieben, beheizt. Wir mussten für 14 Tage 280,00 Euro für die Poolheizung dazuzahlen. Warm war der Pool trotzdem nicht. An insgesamt 6 von 14 Tagen hatten wir Probleme mit der Stromversorgung. So saßen wir an Heiligabend und an Silvester ohne Strom im Dunkeln und mussten uns unser Essen irgendwie auf dem Grill kochen.Wenn es ein Problem gab, kam der Vermieter immer zügig, aber trotzdem waren die ständigen Stromausfälle echt nervig.

Très Bon séjour avec des hôtes vraiment très sympathique , à l’écoute et qui répondent très rapidement aux demandes ! La villa est très sympa , grande , fraîche grâce au matériaux ( marbre ) , on a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour surtout que l’emplacement est Top pour rayonner sur l’île et en plus loin des Hordes de touriste ( nous nous sommes rendu compte avoir eu de la chance de prendre cette endroit ) . Excellent villa

A lovely villa in a great secluded location. On arrival we were greeted by Juan and Nani who showed us round the property, the villa is extremely well equipped and very well maintained. It was the perfect location to explore the island, less than 30 minutes away from Santa Cruz and las Teresitas beach and only 5 minutes from Candelaria. Overall a lovely villa.

Tolle Villa mit herlichem Ausblick

Schon der Empfang durch Juan und seiner Frau waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Haus bot uns alles, was wir uns wünschten. So haben wir viel Gebrauch vom Pool, der Tischtennisplatte und dem kleinen Tennisplatz gemacht. Auch haben wir gern den komfortablen Gasgrill genutzt und den wirklich tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und am Abend auch auf das Lichtermeer von Los Caletillas und Candelaria genossen. Fazit: Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, sehr netter Vermieter - alles Prima

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Wir waren nur mit 2 bis 5 Personen da aber es ist definitiv genug Platz für wesentlich mehr. Teilweise ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber gut gepflegt. Der Tennisplatz ist für "richtiges" spielen etwas klein, aber ok. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr schön gelegen und man hat auch einen schönen Blick. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unsere Anfragen wurden immer in kürzester Zeit behandelt (Selbst als wir Abends gemerkt haben, dass die Gasflasche vom Grill alle ist, gabs in 15 Minuten eine Neue). Daher auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung - gerne wieder!

Très agréable

Juan et sa femme ont été très acceuillants. Ils nous ont indiqués quelques restaurants à proximité et les principaux sites à faire sur l'île. Les photos correspondent tout à fait à la maison qui est très bien située et équipée, de belles terrasses. Seul petit bémol, le chauffage de la piscine est payant.

Lovely villa

As two families, one with grown up children & one with a toddler, this villa was perfect with some shady areas and some sunny. The villa was very well equipped (even if the kettle needed to be replaced and was a little slow to boil), with lots of cutlery & crockery. The beds were comfortable with lots of storage in the bedrooms. It was lovely to have the table tennis in the garage with the gym. You would definitely need a car staying here as the main shops etc would be a fair walk away. Juan and Nani were great hosts and showed us around the house.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Sehr liebe und zuverlässige Vermieter. Waren in Problemfällen immer erreichbar und auch stark um Hilfe bemüht. Juan und Nani sind zwei herzensgute Seelen, die uns nach einem Unfall vor Ort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Da Nani die englische Sprache beherrscht, klappte die Kommunikation super auch ohne spanisch Kenntnisse. Das Haus an sich ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr grosszügig aufgeteilt. Leider gab es aber die eine oder andere Stelle, wo man eventuell mal über eine Sanierung bzw überholung nachdenken sollte. Die meisten Fugen im Haus waren schon sehr löchrig und zum Teil auch grossflächig herausgebrochen, wo sich Ameisen dann im Null Komma Nix ihre Strassen heraus aufgebaut haben, sodass sie eigentlich überall waren. Der Pool ist leider auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Kinder hatten ihren Spass darin, keine Frage, aber es war zum Teil schon stark gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn die Kinder mehrere lose Mosaikteile aus dem Pool gefischt haben. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus und wenn man bedenkt, dass nasse, nackte Füsse auf glatten Fliesen schiefgehen können, ist dieses Haus optimal für Familien mit schon älteren Kindern.

Agréable séjour dans une très belle et confortable maison

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour familial dans cette très belle maison, très confortable et bien équipée. Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques et ont répondu efficacement à nos demandes. La maison est très bien située, proche des grands axes routiers. Pour nos hôtes, peut-être faudrait-il préciser sur votre site que la piscine chauffée est une option payante. Merci pour votre accueil et très belle année 2018

Tolle Lage, nette hilfsbereite Vermieter

Die Lage des Hauses und Ausstattung ( Tennisplatz, Tischtennis, Pool , Muckibude ) einfach Toll ! Das beheizen des Pools ( 20,-€ / tag ) funktionierte nicht wirklich. Die Bezüge der Möbel sind keine geschmackliches High lite. Alles läßt sich gut mit Juan besprechen und klären. Wir hatten mit der Familie eine tolle Zeit . DANKE klais dieter
