Hotel Riu Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive
The experience was disappointing overall. The food didn’t taste fresh. On top of that, some of the Punta bar staff were rude and not very welcoming, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I’d rush back to.

The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
The food at the restaurant was expensive and not really good. Service was ok. The pool bar person was not very nice. Many restrictions with times. The concierge was just interested in selling the time share.
