• Fixed Holiday Dates: This is an exclusive timeshare week (Check-in: Sunday, Dec 20, 2026 / Check-out: Sunday, Dec 27, 2026). Dates cannot be modified or extended.
• Guest Registration: Upon booking, please provide the full legal names matching the photo IDs of all checking-in guests so I can officially update the resort certificate.
• Mandatory Eco Fee (Paid at Resort): Please note that Mexico requires a small local Environmental Sanitation Tax of approximately $2.00 USD per room, per night. This is standard across all Cancún area resorts, cannot be prepaid, and will be charged directly to your villa bill by the front desk at checkout.
• VAT on On-Site Purchases: If you choose to charge any optional extras to your room (such as spa treatments, à la carte dinners, or upgrading to the all-inclusive plan), a standard 16% Mexican VAT (IVA) will be added to those specific purchases on your final resort statement.
• Airport Transfers (Highly Recommended): The resort is located about 30 minutes north of Cancún Airport in Playa Mujeres. It is highly recommended to pre-book a private shuttle service (like Happy Shuttle or eTransfers) before you fly. Private vans typically cost around $50–$85 USD total each way for up to 4 people. Avoid hiring an unbooked taxi at the airport terminal to ensure a smooth, safe arrival.
• Booking Day Trips & Tours: December is peak season in Cancún, and major excursions (such as trips to Isla Mujeres, Chichen Itza, or local cenotes) sell out weeks in advance. You can book excursions securely through the resort’s on-site travel agency concierge upon arrival or pre-book online prior to your trip.
• Resort Incidentals & Fees: Just like a standard hotel stay, the front desk requires a credit card hold for potential incidentals at check-in.
