Premier Accommodatiions!

Villa Amistad was amazing and even better than advertised although the marketing for the place is excellent. Everything in the place was premier from the beds to the pool. You can’t find a better view than from the pool at Villa Amistad. Host and owner were incredible to deal with and we will be staying here the next time we come to Isla. Loved everything about our experience!

Great place, location and host

After a disaster with our 1st rental we found Villa Amisted on VRBO. Communications with the host/were flawless. The house was perfect for 6 adults. Great area quiet but close to center and the beaches. Thank you again Gordon for a wonderful place.

Spectacular views!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Within walking distance to North Beach, but the golf cart was preferred. Very responsive property manager. We had an AC issue and it was fixed immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Gordon's house was fantastic! His property manager Stacy was very helpful and was immediate in her communications. The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was within .5 mi of North Beach. The views of the ocean were amazing from the many different vantage points that the house offers. We would highly recommend this property for your next visit to the island!

Perfect as always!!!

Amazing unforgettable place! Super place for families or groups of couples. Great location within walking distance to downtown, beach and Hidalgo St. so anyone in your group can come and go without the necessity of the expense of a golf cart or taxi. Direct access to the newly renovated malecon. Your own private pool looking out over the carribean-The rooftop view is spectacular especially at night. Sit on your living room sofa and watch the waves-Every bedroom has it's own bathroom- super place for families AND daily maid service included. Couldn't ask for a more

Great House, Great Location

We recently stayed for 5 nights at Villa Amistad and we had a wonderful time. We were in the 3 bedroom with roof top deck and pool and everything was in excellent working order and very beautifully done. We enjoyed the pool at the end of the day (sparkling clean water) and found the short walk to town and the beach to be very enjoyable (though hot in the midday sun!). Erin was great to communicate with when making the reservation and the house manager was there to meet us when we arrived. Could not recommend this property more highly and my family and I hope to return soon.

Gorgeous villa

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous villa for 7 nights with our daughter and her boyfriend joining us 4 days later. We loved everything about it. We met the owners in April on the island and they gave us a tour, well we booked it immediately for a return trip in October because we fell in love with the place. This is the area we like to stay when we come. Awesome finishing touches were cold beer in fridge and cold tequila in the freezer. The AC works very well and the showers have plenty of pressure and hot water which is sometimes hard to find on Isla. The best part is the pool area and the beautiful views of the waves. Great location, views, and crashing wave

Great experience. Centrally located on safe, quiet street. Wonderful sunrises right from the bed in the master. Appreciated the 15 gallons of bottled water provided. The owner popped by to check on us and his team of Stacy, her assistant Omar and housekeeper Katia were awesome and available to help with any questions or concerns. Would for sure rent again, and if possible/needed would rent both sides of this property. One strike against: the main floor bath is really a half bath that has a shower wedged in under the stairs with no curtain, so our adult children staying in the main floor room used one of the two upstairs showers. Not a big deal for us, but you effectively have two showers rather than three (unless you're under 5 foot.).

Beautiful Getaway Ocean View

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning property in Isla de Mujeres! The balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtaking, perfect for morning coffees and sunset gazing. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, which made us feel right at home. Loved how the owner was very thoughtful with having beach toys for the kids, waters, beach towels, and even beer on the property. It was a hassle free stay. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Home with shared backyard and pool area

Lovely stay at this home. Comfortable beds and so nice that each room has a designated bathroom. The rooftop was a nice perk that I wasn't totally aware of before arriving. A few things that you should know before booking - This is one side of a townhome. You share the pool with the other renters next door. Also, this home is tricky to find and sits on a very busy street. Once inside, you will want to spend all your time in the living area that opens to the pool and ocean view. I recommend hiring someone to get groceries for you so that you have food when you arrive. We had that option and unfortunately, didn't use it.

Beautiful house in great location!

This is a beautiful house with great amenities in a great location. The host and manager were so hopeful communicating ahead of time for travel suggestions (airport transportation, ferry tickets, and golf cart rental) and during our stay when we had a few questions. I would highly suggest this house and we would absolutely rent it again if we return. Thanks again!

Amazing!

This is an amazing place to stay! Very short walk on the board walk into town with an ocean view the whole way! The place was clean, and had everything we needed and more! Definitely would stay here again! The only “downside” was there is a lot of construction going on with the buildings surrounding the house so it was noisy during the day, but there’s a lot of construction in Mexico!

Two Thumbs Up for Villa Amistad

Loved our weeklong stay at Villa Amistad. Convenient to the ferry, the beautiful Playa Norte beach, lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Amazing seaside views everyday right out our window. The master bedroom was lovely and the two-person shower was awesome. The fully stocked kitchen was also a bonus. Our family enjoyed the pool area and the boardwalk made it super convenient to get to/from the beach and to our favorite local hangout-The Tiny Gecko. Gordon and Stacy were super attentive. Highly recommend this spot.
