Hilton is ok for a 1 night stay to catch an early flight or to maximize your time at your all-inclusive Staff at front desk are professional. Don’t recommend using hotel shuttle. Driver was rude and demanded a tip. Better off crossing street and walking to terminal and using the free inter-terminal shuttle to get to terminal 4. You can easily walk to terminal 2 or 3.

This is a great place to stay for a short visit. Offers more than what you’d expect from a “ stopover” hotel. I was here for a few days waiting on some important documents to arrive for travel . The staff were very empathetic and friendly and they made my stay more memorable .

Poor customer service. Requested early check in, and never heard back feom the property. Arrived and they tried to charge an additional $34 per room to check-in. There were no face towels in the room. Teached the front desk and requested 2 and they never brought them.
