the staff were kind and accommodating - the property was update and clean - the food was great - free shuttle to cancún zone was nice - only complaint was the pool closes extremely early

Everything was excellent. the staff was amazing. the only downfall I could say was we booked a room with a private pool and it was not working. just stale water in it with no circulation.

The front desk representatives were very rude and unhelpful, specially Juan Roldán the Guest Service Manager and Virgilio Castillo The hotel doesn’t have a beach, like the pictures in the website. Not stay at Hilton ever again!

The selection of the food was great this property has 4 restaurants I love it .clean hotel, rooms big and the view's great as well . I didn’t like that we ask for a taxi but 2 minutes later we decided we didn’t want the taxi and they told me to cancel the taxi you have to pay 3 dollars but later they say 20 dollars. And the prices are ridiculous from the hotel to the airport it is 18 minutes and they charge you 63 dollars, when a Uber charge me 15 dollars.

Not the best time to go to Hilton when all the Hilton finance employees grounded the bar when we are on a family vacation. Service was not very attentive with so many people; lobby was packed. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days ; swimming pool was packed Maybe they should have their conference meeting somewhere else. They overpacked the place..
