House 100 meters from the beach in a private neighborhood. It has three floors, the ground floor is very spacious and clear, living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio with a barbecue area that you will love. On the second floor are the bedrooms, each with a bathroom and terrace. On the third floor is the large Roof Garden "La Bonita" a space that connects Casa Quintal with Casa Lara, a spectacular 4x6 m swimming pool with panoramic views of the city, the sea, and the neighborhood.
