The service at Atelier is the best we've ever experienced. Every level of staff is kind and focused on providing every guest a best in class experience. The facility is impossibly clean. The food served at all the restaurants is top teir experience, a perfect place for a foodie to stay. There are a variety of experiences from art, food, tequila tastings, fitness classes, and bike rides. We loved our vacation here.

Es de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos quedado, sin duda, el servicio de su gente es outstanding, Lázaro de Guatemala, Pedro, Orlando entre muchos otros más, nos hicieron un upgrade de una habitación con piscina semi-privada que estuvo increíble. La comida y los tragos para ser un all Inclusive es excelente. Lo único molesto, fue la insistencia para asistir a un desayuno para venderte la membresía del hotel, a la cual al final ya no fuimos, oiamos a otros huéspedes quejarse por eso también. Pero en resumen fue una estadía que superó por mucho nuestras expectativas. Será nuestro hotel oficial en Cancún!!

This is by far the best all inclusive resort I have stayed at. The food, room, property and drinks were all amazing. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was relaxing which is what I needed to disconnect from the stress of life and work. I am look forward going back this year.

Atelier was a fantastic time. It's everything you would expect from an all-inclusive resort and so much more. The staff were outstanding and made us feel welcomed at every single turn and every place we went. Great food options and easy to use the reservation system as you can do it from your phone. You can also check on activities on your phone as well. As an Expedia Gold member I was given all the benefits and the room upgrade was astounding. The roof top suite was one of the best experiences I've ever had and the view was phenomenal overseeing the golf course and the multi-blue waters of Playa Mujeres. I would definitely come back again.
