Beaches & Walks: The beach of the Abri des Flots is a 10-minute walk away, and the mythical customs path (GR34) is only 5 minutes away for your hikes along the cliff.

Neighbourhood life & Market: The centre of the village, the Place de l'Église, the Sunday market and the famous Grain de Vanille pastry shop (Maison Roellinger) are within 5 minutes' walk.

Maritime gastronomy: The Port de la Houle, its oyster stalls on the edge of the pier and its restaurants can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Parking: Free on-site parking is available right in front of the house — a rare and valuable asset in Cancale in season.

Sleek & warm interior: A large living room bathed in light is built around a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen. Everything is designed to cook returns from the market and share oyster tastings in a friendly atmosphere.

Le Jardin Clos de murs: Intimate, quiet and completely secure for children, this private exterior is out of sight. It has a large table d'hôte for your outdoor meals and deckchairs for your moments of relaxation.

Sleeping Configuration (Capacity: 5 people)
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 cm), superior quality bedding.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (1x 90 cm + 1x 120 cm).
- Living room: Comfortable sofa bed offering an extra bed (140 cm).
- Baby equipment (included): Travel cot with mattress, high chair and adapted bathtub.

Modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
The house has two separate toilets (one on each level).

Linen: Towels and bed linen provided (option +15 € / bed). Your beds are made for your arrival

Equipment & Multimedia: High speed Wi-Fi connection (Fibre), TV decoder, independent freezer in the shed.

Reception & Concierge: Smooth self-arrival thanks to a secure key box. Our local concierge ensures the follow-up of your departure.

Non-smoking house: All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. Pets: 1 pet allowed on prior request only, subject to strict compliance with the hygiene charter (protection of furniture/bedding by you, rolled carpets on arrival, vigilance in the garden). An additional €40 in cash will be requested for a specific cleaning for future guests
