Flooded with natural light and opening onto the garden, the spacious 55 m² living area is designed for unforgettable moments with family and friends. The dining room, with its rustic and welcoming atmosphere highlighted by cherry wood furniture, opens directly onto the outdoors. Two lounge areas await you: a TV corner adjoining the dining room, and a bright veranda with a relaxing view over the garden. The semi-open, modern and fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals. Upstairs, two mezzanines add extra living space: one dedicated to games and reading, the other transformed into a quiet home office, perfect for remote working.

Villa Les Chouettes accommodates up to 6 guests in four cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x190 double bed and storage, including one on the ground floor. The remaining three are upstairs. Two elegant bathrooms with walk-in showers and double sink vanities are available: one on the ground floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility, and another upstairs. For added convenience, two separate toilets are located on each level.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spacious and clean with a beautiful garden. The location couldn’t have been better, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. It was perfect for our family. We would love to come back!!

LES CHOUETTES

Großes Haus, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, nicht weit zu Fuß zum Bäcker, kleinen Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bank und einigen Restaurants. Den Berg runter am Hafen gibt es weitere zahlreiche Restaurants. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig mit drei Schlafzimmern oben, 2 Richtung Straße, eins nach hinten raus (sehr ruhig), eigenem Bad mit Dusche und separater Toilette. Leider sind die Betten nur 1,90 m lang, das ist bei großen Menschen bei dem Holzbett mit hohem Bettende etwas problematisch… Unten gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer auch zur ruhigeren Seite raus, ein weiteres Dusch-Bad und eine weitere separate Toilette. Das ist sehr gut, wenn man mit zwei Parteien das Haus bewohnt. Gut gefallen hat uns auch der Vorraum, da konnten wir Strandtaschen und Fahrräder abstellen, wir konnten zwischendurch im Waschraum waschen und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Gelände war eingezäunt, so dass der Hund frei laufen konnte, es gab zwei Liegen und zwei Sonnenschirme, alles toll. Etwas zu viel Deko.

La maison est extrêmement agréable et très fonctionnelle. Nous étions 6 personnes dont 3 enfants et avions largement assez d'espace. L'environnement est très calme et tout est proche : il y a tous les commerces de proximité. Nous recommandons vivement. Renaud est très accueillant et très agréable.

Excellent séjour aux Chouettes à Cancale

Belle maison, de construction récente, située en plein cœur du bourg de Cancale, à proximité de tous les commerces. Les propriétaires laissent généreusement à disposition beaucoup d'équipements : lit, baignoire, table à langer et chaise bébé, barbecue, Thermomix, plusieurs cafetières, batterie de cuisine et beaucoup de vaisselle ... une buanderie bien pratique (avec LL, et SL), table et chaises de jardin. Nous avons trouvé la maison accueillante, confortable, et bien adaptée à une famille avec bébé. Le jardin est fleuri et bien entretenu. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les sanitaires (2 douches, 2 WC séparés) sont propres et récents. L'accueil est assuré par une agence qui est présente en cas de besoin, fournit toutes les informations nécessaires spontanément quelques jours avant le début du séjour, et l'arrivée, comme le départ, ont été très agréables.
