Spacious, detached holiday home in a very quiet location in BRITTANY, between SAINT-MALO and CANCALE, on the Emerald Coast, just opposite the CHAUSEY islands, close to three gently sloping sandy beaches and the "sentier des douaniers" with its superb panoramic views. The famous Verger and Guesclin beaches are supervised in summer. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels, which considerably reduce your electricity consumption and with a private electricity terminal for recharging your car. Housework is compulsory. The house is large and requires many hours of serious cleaning. The veranda is cold in winter and cannot be used as a living area in December. We therefore recommend that you do not rent to more than 8 people during the cold season, from November to March.
